Designed using 1/8 scale drivetrain parts and electronics in a 1/10 scale size, the Losi LMT platform gives you more of the feeling of being behind the wheel of a real monster truck. It can survive constant harsh landings while handling well on a monster truck course just like the real deal. You can race, backflip, and wheelie like the professional drivers who thrill crowds and rattle arenas putting on shows with their massive full-size trucks.
In order to develop the most authentic radio control monster trucks possible, the Losi team has collaborated with such prominent names in the Monster Jam world as Ryan and Dennis Anderson — the “godfather of monster trucks” and the genius behind the iconic Grave Digger that’s faithfully represented in ready-to-run (RTR) form in the Losi LMT RC truck lineup.
The Losi LMT monster trucks perfectly capture the look of the real trucks while keeping radio control performance needs in mind. Radio control monster truck events are run just like the real deal. The trucks compete head to head on an identical course, similar to a drag race with a few turns and jumps. Then, once the racing is done, the drivers show off their skills and their trucks in freestyle action.
Ready-to-run Losi LMT radio control trucks are ready for action less than an hour after you open the box, with scale details that include headers, drivers, and LED lights. For drivers who prefer a more customized setup, the LMT platform is also available from Losi as a roller. Choose your preferred transmitter, battery, charger, ESC, motor, and body for a monster truck that’s made to order.
Losi combines the platform’s high level of realism with tough LMT engineering, such as a rugged 1/8 scale drivetrain, for all-out performance. Whether you’re a scale driver, a basher, or a racer, you can tune your Losi LMT RC truck for any driving situation. The chassis allows numerous adjustments and multiple shock setups. The 4-link solid-axle design with an internal metal drivetrain can withstand constant abuse. The differential is also sealed to hold oil that can be changed to different weights to tune your truck for your specific needs. Adjustable caster and toe also let you dial in those little details that make a big difference in performance.
The included wheelie bar has a large roller supported by ball bearings on each side for smooth wheelie action. The bar can be placed in one of two fixed positions to achieve the optimal wheelie angle.
