Responsibilities Include:
The Product Support Representative answers phone inquiries from consumers regarding our R/C products and helps solve technical problems. Responsible for evaluating defects in merchandise vs. user operating problems and advising the user of the solution. The Product Support Representative will learn and research the R/C products we distribute through hands-on use.
Qualifications/Experience:

The ability and motivation to provide outrageously excellent service
The ability to work independently to solve problems.
Candidates should have previous call center customer service experience and strong technical skills.
Experience & knowledge of RC cars and boats is a plus.
