ELIGABILITY
Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the 50 United States, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands. Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Horizon Hobby or its affiliated companies, members of their immediate families and individuals living in the same households are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Horizon Hobby and/or its agents. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE
There will be one (1) winner of the Sweepstakes. The sole winner of the sweepstakes will receive $1,000.00 (retail value) of Losi Product, where the winner may select a total prize package of $1,000 (retail value) based on their preferences/needs. Horizon Hobby reserves the right to fulfill this prize offer with a product of equal or higher value.
DRAWING/PRIZE WINNER SELECTION
The will be one (1) winner. The one (1) prize winner will be determined by random drawing from valid entries received from eligible participants. The drawing will be conducted by Horizon Hobby using a method within its sole discretion. The winner will be notified by email and certified mail within thirty (30) days after the drawing. The potential winner will be required to complete and return an eligibility form and liability release, which must be received by Horizon Hobby within fourteen (14) days of the date of the notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant will be identified as a potential winner and so notified in the same manner as before.
If a notification letter or e-mail is returned or is deemed by Horizon Hobby (in its sole discretion) to be undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with the eligibility requirements, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be identified as a potential winner and so notified in the same manner as before. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account listed in the entry form is registered. The decisions of Horizon Hobby will be final and binding on all matters relating to the sweepstakes.
IDENTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
The first name, last initial and state of residence of the winner of the Sweepstakes will be posted on Losi's website, www.losi.com/entertowin within thirty (30) days after the winner is determined, and will remain posted for at least thirty (30) days thereafter.
