Program Terms and Conditions:
Purchase an eligible Losi 1/18-scale ready-to-run monster vehicle from August
1, 2008 through November 30, 2008 and qualify to receive a FREE LiPo battery and
wall charger. Purchase(s) must be made from an authorized Horizon Hobby dealer in
the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or Canada. Product must be new
and in the original box. Offer is not transferable, only valid for original
purchase. Reseller and institutional purchase do not qualify for this offer.
Complete redemption submission must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase
date indicated on original receipt.

PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS
Only one claim submission per customer, household, and/or shipping address with
a limit of three (3) eligible items per claim for a limit of three (3) free
LiPo batteries and chargers. Redemption submission must be postmarked within
30 days of purchase date indicated on original receipt.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Original receipt and original UPC bar code(s) required. Proof of purchase
receipt(s) must consist of both an itemized, dated original sales receipt
showing all products purchased, qualified item numbers, prices paid for
qualifying products, and the authorized retailers name, city and state.
Handwritten and/or duplicate receipts will NOT be accepted. Order
acknowledgements, packing slips, layaway receipts, and purchase order copies are
not valid. Proof of purchase/UPC bar code with item number must be the original
from product packaging. The UPC bar code must be cut from the product packaging
with item number and bar code intact. Copies of UPC bar code or bar codes
which are unreadable will be disqualified.
REDEMPTION PROCEDURES
Redemptions must be submitted by first completing the online claim form
and then mailing in the required proof of purchase items (original receipt
and all original UPC bar code labels) with a valid claim form. A link to the
online form can be found at www.losi.com. Duplicate or incomplete claims will
not be honored. Free LiPo battery and charger combo is limited one (1) claim
per household with a limit of three (3) eligible items per claim for a limit of
three (3) free LiPo batteries and chargers. Claims must be postmarked within
30 days of purchase date indicated on original receipt. No claims will be accepted
after December 31, 2008. Late submissions are not valid.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Horizon Hobby and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, illegible,
late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due redemption claim requests. Horizon
Hobby reserves the right to deny and/or disregard any redemption request deemed to
be false or fraudulent. Allow eight (8) weeks from the date all required redemption
materials are received and processed to receive LiPo battery and charger. Product
must be mailed to a shippable address within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico,
Virgin Islands or Canada; post office boxes will not be accepted. This offer is void
where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may not be combined with any
other Horizon Hobby or Losi promotion. Horizon Hobby is not responsible for printing
errors. These Terms and Conditions and copies of the completed redemption voucher,
proof of purchase and UPC bar code labels should be kept for your records.
Submissions will not be returned and become property of Horizon Hobby.
Horizon Hobby may use the information in accordance with its privacy policy. If the
LiPo battery and wall charger are not available for redemption, Horizon Hobby
reserves the right to fulfill this offer with a product of equal or higher value.
