This service bulletin applies to the Front CV Driveshafts in the initial shipment of the 1/10 Comp Crawler Race Roller.
Losi has received customer feedback indicating instances of failure with the Front CV Driveshafts (LOSA3192) in the initial shipment of the 1/10 Comp Crawler Race Roller (LOSA0051). Losi is taking action by providing complimentary replacement front CV driveshafts to those that have been affected by this isolated instance. Please read below for instructions on how to obtain one set of complimentary front CV driveshafts for your 1/10 Comp Crawler (each set includes two driveshafts).
U.S. and Canadian Customers:
If you reside in the United States or Canada please please contact Team Losi Racing’s product support department at (888) 899-5674 between 8:30AM – 5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday, or by email at feedback@losi.com.
International Customers:
If you reside in a location other than the United States or Canada, your complimentary set of front CV driveshafts should have been included with your vehicle at the time of purchase. If for some reason you did not receive an extra set of front CV driveshafts with your 1/10 Comp Crawler, please contact a Losi distributor in your country. Please use our online dealer locater for assistance with finding a distributor.
